The Fenix WT26R is a multifunctional rechargeable work flashlight with a unique design. It works perfectly as a maintenance light, for the workshop, household, and outdoor activities. The high-performance LED for the spotlight provides a beam with an output of up to 2500 lumens (ANSI) and a distance of 362 meters. Furthermore, a floodlight equipped with a high-CRI LED (≥90) with an output of 600 lumens is available, as well as an additional red light. The flashlight is operated by an innovative combination of a rotary switch and an electronic switch for fast and simple mode selection. The WT26R is powered by an included 21700 Li-ion battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh. The battery is charged directly in the flashlight using a hidden waterproof USB Type-C port.

Thanks to its durable construction with IP66 protection, the light withstands adverse weather conditions and impacts from a height of 1 meter. Wide mounting options and hands-free use are provided by the 360° rotatable mount, which contains built-in strong magnets for easy attachment to iron surfaces.

All flashlight parameters (luminous flux, battery runtime, waterproofness, beam distance, and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/PLATO FL 1 standard.

 Operating the Fenix WT26R rechargeable flashlight

On/Off and Mode Switching - When the rotary switch is in the Lockout position (ICON), rotate it to turn on the flashlight to any other mode in the order Lockout ↔ Spotlight ↔ Floodlight ↔ Red light. The output of the selected mode is cycled by single-clicking the electronic switch located on the side of the rotary switch. In Spotlight mode: Low - Med - High - Turbo. In Floodlight mode: Low - Med - High. In Red light mode, it cycles between Constant-on and Flash. When the light is unlocked (the rotary switch is in any mode other than Lockout), press and hold the electronic switch for 0.5 seconds to turn the flashlight on or off.

Battery Replacement - Unscrew the bottom battery cover and insert the battery with the anode side (+) towards the light head. Then screw the battery cover back on completely.

Battery Level Indication - With the light turned off, single click the electronic switch to check the battery status; the LED indicator will last for 3 seconds. Five green lights on: 100-80 %, four: 80-60 %, three: 60-40 %, two: 40-20 %, one green light on or flashing red indicates 20-1 % and a critically depleted battery.

Low-voltage Warning - When the voltage level drops below the preset level, the flashlight automatically downshifts to a lower brightness level until Low output is reached. When Low output is reached, the battery level indicator blinks red to remind you to recharge or replace the battery.

Charging the Fenix WT26R

Open the anti-dust plug and connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the flashlight's charging port. When charging, the indicators will flash green. Five constant-on indicators signify that charging is completed. Once charging is completed, be sure to carefully close the anti-dust plug. The normal charging time is approximately 3.5 hours from depleted to fully charged with a 5 V/2 A (10 W) charging adapter. The flashlight can be used while charging.

Warning

• Disassembling the sealed head can cause damage to the flashlight and will void the warranty.
• Remove the battery if the flashlight will not be used for an extended period, or lock the flashlight using the rotary switch to prevent accidental activation.
• Periodic cleaning of the electrical contacts improves the flashlight's performance, as dirty contacts may cause the flashlight to flicker, shine intermittently, or even fail to illuminate for the following reasons:
  • Low battery level. Recharge or replace the battery.
  • The electrical contacts inside the flashlight are dirty. Clean them with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol.
