International Delivery of Batteries (Air Freight Restrictions)

Due to international aviation safety regulations (IATA), the transportation of batteries (especially Lithium-ion/Lithium-polymer) is highly restricted. If your delivery address requires air freight, please note the following:

• Delivery Feasibility: We cannot guarantee delivery to all global destinations. Certain countries or regions strictly prohibit the import of batteries via standard air mail.
• Extra Shipping Costs: Air transport of dangerous goods often incurs mandatory surcharges or requires specialized courier services. We reserve the right to recalculate shipping costs.
• Customs & Local Regulations: Your package may be subject to specific documentation requirements or delays at the destination's customs office.
• in the event that we cannot fulfill your battery order under standard conditions, our support team will reach out to you immediately to discuss alternative shipping methods, updated costs, or cancellation and full refund options.
