The rechargeable Fenix HT18R V2.0 hunting flashlight is one of the tactical flashlights with the longest beam distance in the range. Its massive reflector offers a beam distance of up to 1100 meters and a luminous flux of up to 3700 lumens (ANSI). The light source is a high-performance Luminus SFT-90 LED with a lifespan of 50,000 hours. It is powered by a single Li-ion 21700 type battery with a capacity of 6000 mAh (the Fenix ARB-L21-6000 battery is included in the package). The Fenix HT18R V2.0 LED flashlight has a total of seven lighting modes (four brightness levels and three flashing modes) with a runtime of up to 87 hours. On the side of the flashlight, there is a tactical dual switch that allows for momentary activation by half-pressing, instant activation of maximum output, and quick activation of the strobe from the off state. The flashlight is charged via a modern USB-C connector. The flashlight is compatible with long gun mounts and the Fenix AER-05 remote pressure switch. The Fenix HT18R V2.0 is a top-tier lighting tool for professionals, hunters, and all users requiring the longest possible beam distance.
All flashlight parameters (luminous flux, battery runtime, waterproofness, beam distance, and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Operating the Fenix HT18R V2.0 Hunting Flashlight
There may be an insulating cap on the battery from the factory. Remove it before first use.
Turning On/Off and Switching Modes - Half-press the round tactical switch for momentary-on; the light will turn off upon release. Fully press the tactical switch to turn the flashlight on permanently. When the flashlight is on, press the rectangular function switch to cycle through the brightness levels. Press and hold the function switch for 0.5 seconds to activate the flashing modes.
Instant Strobe - From the off state, press and hold the rectangular function switch; the flashlight will turn off upon release.
Instant Turbo - From any state (on/off), press and hold the round tactical switch for 0.5 seconds. Upon release, the flashlight will return to the previously used output level. If it was off, it will turn off upon release.
Lockout Function - Press and hold both switches simultaneously for 3 seconds. The flashlight will blink twice to indicate it is locked. Upon unlocking, it will turn on in the last used constant-on mode.
Last Mode Memory - The flashlight remembers the last used output level, excluding the flashing modes. It will activate in the last used constant-on mode the next time it is turned on.
Charging- Slide the charging port cover on the side of the flashlight and plug the USB-C charging cable into the charging port. After charging is complete, slide the cover back. The indicator will glow red during charging and turn green when fully charged. The flashlight cannot be used while charging. The normal charging time for a fully discharged ARB-L21-6000 battery is approximately 1.5 hours with a 9V / 3A USB power source, or 2.5 hours with a 5V / 3A source.
Battery Level Indication - Each time the light is turned on, the indicator LED will activate for three seconds. If the indicator diode is solid green, the battery is more than 85% charged. Green flashing means 50-85% capacity. If it glows red, it is 25-50% charged. Red flashing indicates that less than 25% of the battery capacity remains.
Intelligent Overheat Protection - If the flashlight's temperature exceeds 60 °C, the output will be automatically reduced. Once the temperature drops below 60 °C, the output will gradually increase again.
Low-Voltage Warning - If the voltage drops below a preset level, the flashlight will downshift to a lower brightness level. Once the lowest output is reached, the battery level indicator will begin to flash red to remind you to recharge or replace the battery.
Warning
- Only use high-quality rechargeable 21700 Li-ion batteries with a protection circuit.
- Insert batteries with the positive pole facing the head of the flashlight.
- If the protective rubber O-rings appear damaged after prolonged use, replace them. The rings should also be lubricated to prevent rubber erosion. Following these rules will ensure the flashlight remains properly protected against water.
- If the flashlight flickers, does not switch to higher modes, or does not turn on, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- The battery is nearly depleted – charge or replace it.
- The contacts inside the flashlight are dirty – clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
- The head, body, or tail cap of the flashlight is loose; tighten it.
Warranty
Five-year warranty on the flashlight, two-year warranty on the battery.
